Drying is one of the most delicate stages of the production cycle and takes place in two distinct steps.<\/p>\n
Immediately after demoulding, the pieces are left to dry at room temperature. Recognising the right moment to move on to the next stage is a technical skill gained through experience: acting too soon or too late can create internal stresses, warping or cracks that are difficult to detect with the naked eye.<\/p>\n
Once the correct degree of pre-drying is reached, the pieces are transferred to our dedicated dryers, where temperature and humidity are kept under constant control. A gradual, uniform drying curve ensures that every piece reaches the firing stage free of defects and dimensionally stable.
