Finishing

Finishing runs across the whole production cycle: rather than happening at a single point, it takes place in two distinct steps, ensuring progressive, thorough quality control on every piece.

The first check takes place before firing, immediately after demoulding, to identify and correct any defects caused by the mould or surface imperfections. The inspection process then continues on the piece in its “biscuit” state, before it moves on to the following stages, ensuring that only pieces meeting the required standards proceed through the production cycle.

Every finishing operation is carried out with specific tools and materials, selected according to the type of piece and the imperfection to be corrected. It is precision work that requires experience and attention, one of the moments where craftsmanship blends most naturally with the industrial structure of our production process.

The result is a product that reaches the final production stages already inspected and compliant, reducing waste and guaranteeing customers the quality they expect in every single piece.
